The R&B Building, a multi-story main block with approximately 2.76 lac sqft, was efficiently constructed using pre-cast methods, reducing both time and labor costs. Additionally, the building features MLCP and utilizes solar energy for its electricity needs. This project, initiated by the Roads and Buildings department of Andhra Pradesh, was executed by KMV, aiming to address infrastructure needs effectively.
