Mid-Year Review 2025 – Reflect. Realign. Reinforce.

KMV Projects Ltd successfully conducted its Mid-Year Review Meet at the Corporate Head Office, bringing together leadership, Corporate PMO, and site teams to assess progress against the Annual Business Plan set earlier this year.

Day 1: Performance Review & Strategic Alignment

The session commenced with an insightful address by Dr. Arun Rakesh K, Director (North), who presented a comprehensive mid-year performance review. The discussion highlighted both achievements and shortfalls, with a strong emphasis on identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures to convert challenges into opportunities for growth.

The review set a constructive and forward-looking tone, energizing both corporate and site teams to focus on delivering stronger outcomes in the remaining months of the year.

A thought-provoking leadership session followed, led by Mr. Narayan Rao, CHRO, inspired by Michael Thimms’ message:
“Don’t Blame Others – Look Into the Mirror – Engineer the Solution.”
This session reinforced accountability, problem-solving, and leading by example as core leadership principles.

The day progressed with:
Zone-wise breakout sessions to discuss operational insights
A leadership group photograph, fostering unity and shared commitment
A panel discussion on procurement challenges, encouraging collaborative problem-solving between Project Managers and PMO
A focused dialogue on attrition, where leadership collectively explored actionable solutions for talent retention

The day concluded with a strong sense of alignment, ownership, and renewed motivation across teams.

Day 2: Culture, Leadership & Future Roadmap

Day 2 was led by Mr. Prudhvi Ram K, Director (Central Zone), who delivered an impactful presentation emphasizing the importance of organizational culture and soft skills alongside business performance.

Through real project examples, key organizational values were highlighted:
