KMV Prasad Rao
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. K M V Prasad Rao, with his rich experience of three decades, led the company since its inception in 2007. He actively oversees business development, accounts, finance and audit at KMV Projects. His tactical leadership helped the company expand steadfastly and record 25% average year-on-year growth.
He played an instrumental role in helping KMV Projects achieve A Rating (CARE) for four years consecutively between 2016-2020, a feat only a few India infrastructure companies can boast of. He also played a pivotal role in landing GMR Delhi & Goa Airport project worth 1500 cr, as well as in completing CISF 5 lakh sft., 840 units quarters in 11 months. He completed his B.Com education from Andhra University.
Ramesh Chandra Bose Kanakamedala
Director
Mr. Rameshchandrabose joined KMV Projects in the year 2008, and is responsible for overseeing business development and client relations. He is equipped with four decades of extensive and diverse experience in project management within the construction and engineering sector in India and Africa. He completed his B. Tech in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
Sree Harsha Ghanta
Director
Mr Ghanta Sree Harsha joined KMV Projects at its inception in 2007 and oversees operations and execution across South India, but mainly in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu. With his vast knowledge, he executed key projects like Bangalore Medical College, Shimoga Airport, Bannerughatta State Highway, NCBS, Hubli Court Complex and more. He completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Amaravati University in 1990.
Sivareddy Kunnuru
Director
Mr. Sivareddy joined the company in 2015, and is responsible for projects executed for Govt. of India, DIEL Project (Delhi), Goa Airport project, Govt. of TS- R&B department, AP - R&B Department, APTIDCO, APHMIDC, I & CAD, APETCO, CRDA. He was a former Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) for Andhra Pradesh between 2005-2014.
Arun Rakesh Kanakamedala
Director
Mr. Arun Rakesh joined the company in the year 2014, and is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance and human resources. His extensive knowledge in corporate functions and process - setting helps ensure internal teams are operating at their best and issues are quickly resolved. He is the go-to guy for many departments across the company and seamlessly troubleshoots to strengthen our operations. He completed his M.B.B.S from Guntur Medical College.
Prudhvi Ram Kanakamedala
Director
Mr. Prudhvi Ram joined KMV Projects in 2009 and is responsible for internal controls, IT and project management within the company. He played an important role in organizational restructuring, implementing TIER I ERP, setting up governing processes for the company and diversified business lines into Design Build contracts, adding 500 cr in annual turnover to the company. He completed his B. Tech from VNR VJIET in Hyderabad, India, and pursued M. Sc. Construction Management at New York University, USA.
